The argon arc welding mode of tungsten electrode for aluminum and its alloy is as follows:
(1) argon arc welding mode of mixed tungsten electrode. AC / DC arc interaction output, the DC pulse width adjustable heat input welding joint can be controlled to reduce the amount of tungsten electrode burning. The DC component can increase the dissolution depth, the arc concentration is good, and the tungsten electrode maintains a sharp tip shape, and the welding seam has uniform corrugation. The mixed tungsten electrode argon arc welding is especially suitable for welding aluminum plate, vertical welding and fillet welding joint.
(2) AC flexible tungsten electrode argon arc welding mode. The positive and negative pole current output is sine wave shape, the arc is soft and the noise is small, so it is suitable for wide weld seam of medium plate.
(3) AC tungsten electrode argon arc welding mode. Arc shape is similar to argon tungsten arc welding arc. The arc has high stiffness and high concentration. It is suitable for single side welding double side forming of narrow welding seam. Pulse welding is used to weld all kinds of plate and thick aluminum joints.
(4) AC standard tungsten electrode argon arc welding mode. The output waveform is rectangular square wave with equal peak value and equal peak current. Low frequency pulse can be used to control the quality of thin, medium and heavy aluminum sheets, workpieces with different shapes and various positions and requirements.
